Home Blood Pressure Monitoring
Recently we have been asking some of our patients to monitor their blood pressure readings for 3days, 7days or 14days. If you receive this request from the surgery and you do not have access to a blood pressure machine, you can borrow one for up to 2 weeks for FREE from a Somerset Library. Pop into your library local and they will be able to assist you with further information.
