Dear Patients, 

Buttercross Health Centre & Ilchester Surgery would like to invite you to our practice Open Day at Ilchester Town Hall. This is a very exciting time where our patients will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with our Practice Staff, Patient Participation Group, The NHS APP team and much more! The event is being held on Saturday 14th September at Ilchester Town Hall (10:00-12:00)
